HOW WE DELIVER

A process built for clarity and momentum

Every engagement runs on the same rhythm: quick discovery, weekly working software, honest reviews, and a clean handover. No surprises, no telephone game, no lost quarters.

END-TO-END

Six phases, one team

From the first call to post-launch support — the shape stays the same. Only the surface area changes.

01

Discovery call

A 45-minute working session to understand what you're building, the constraints, and where the real risk lives. No pitch — just questions.

02

Scope & shape

A written scope with milestones, deliverables, and a delivery cadence. Includes the honest tradeoffs and the parts we'd cut if the timeline tightens.

03

Weekly working software

Kickoff, then weekly demos of running code in your environment. Reviews are on the product, not on plans. You steer as you see it.

04

Evaluation & hardening

Before launch: evaluation harnesses for AI systems, load testing for platforms, security review for on-chain and financial code. Real quality gates, not checklists.

CADENCE

What each week looks like

A predictable rhythm you can plan around — no surprises for you or your team.

Monday: plan the week

A 30-minute working session with your PM to review last week's output and lock the week ahead.

Async in your tools

Daily updates in your Slack or Notion. Standups optional. You never lose context on where things stand.

PRs land Wednesday & Friday

Two review windows a week, so your engineers see everything before it reaches main. No batch drops at the end of the month.

Friday: working demo

A 20-minute demo of what shipped that week. Real product in your environment — not slides, not staging fantasies.

Documentation as you go

Architecture decisions, runbooks, and onboarding notes captured while the context is fresh. Not batched at the end.

Monthly retrospective

A 30-minute review of what's working, what isn't, and what to adjust for the next month. Ownership of the process itself.

DELIVERABLES

What you actually get at the end

Every engagement ends with a set of concrete artifacts you own and can extend after we hand over.

↗

Working software in your repos

Production-ready code in your GitHub, running in your cloud, under your accounts. From day one.

↗

Architecture decision records

A short document per major decision: what we chose, what we ruled out, and why. Future you will thank us.

↗

Runbooks and playbooks

Ops procedures for deploy, rollback, and incident response — written for your on-call rotation, not ours.

↗

Evaluation harnesses

For AI systems: test suites for retrieval quality, agent accuracy, and regression detection. Runnable in CI.

↗

Onboarding documentation

Everything a new engineer on your team needs to get productive on the codebase — links, architecture, gotchas.

↗

Post-launch support window

A defined support period after launch for the questions and hardening that come with real users. Included, not extra.

WHY THIS PROCESS

Predictable outcomes, not predictable theater

The reasons this cadence keeps working across the projects we ship.

01

No surprises at launch

Because you saw working software every week, launch day is boring — which is exactly what you want.

02

Faster steering

Priorities shift, and we adjust the next week — not the next quarter. Momentum stays yours.

03

Real production readiness

Evaluation, load testing, and observability are part of the process — not a phase we ran out of time for.

04

Clean handover

When we finish, your team can extend the codebase without us. That's the point.

FAQ

How the process actually works

How long does discovery take?
A single 45-minute call, followed by a written scope within a week. If we need more context, we'll schedule a working session — but usually one call is enough to shape the first version of the scope.
What if my priorities change mid-engagement?
They will. The weekly cadence is built for it. We re-plan every Monday, so shifting a priority becomes next week's work — not a change-order negotiation.
Do you work with our existing engineers?
Yes — most of our engagements involve at least some collaboration with your team. We use your standards, your tools, and your review process. It's your codebase.
What happens if a week's work isn't good enough?
The Friday demo is the review. If something isn't right, we adjust the next week. No sunk cost, no extra invoicing — the cadence self-corrects because we work in small, reviewable increments.
Do you offer fixed-price engagements?
For well-scoped projects, yes — that's the Fixed-scope Project engagement model. For longer or exploratory work, a Dedicated Team or Staff Augmentation model tends to fit better.
What does post-launch support look like?
A defined window — typically 30 to 60 days after launch — for the hardening and questions that come with real usage. Beyond that, we're available on a retainer or an as-needed basis.

Ready to start the discovery call?

45 minutes to understand what you're building. No pitch, no slides — just questions and honest answers.
